ダックスプロモーションを設立した理由
日本のタレント、ミュージシャンは情報過多の時代から誰しもがチャンスに恵まれている恵まれた環境です。
しかし、その影響なのか才能あふれる若者を見つけるのがとても困難になっています。
せっかく才能を持って生まれても、そのまま埋もれているダイヤの原石たち。
トップアスリートや芸術家が繰り出す人間業とは思えない超絶技巧や、それらの人が残した映画・絵画・小説といった作品、歴史上の人物が成し遂げた数々の偉業。
それも、全て、ひろいあげる会社や人間がいるからで、拾い上げることが自分に出来る一番のことだと考えました。
しかし、弊社に所属しているタレント、アーティストが全て売れるわけではありません。
売れようと努力する者、真摯に取り組める者にしか、チャンスは訪れません。
当然でしょう。
会社側だけが努力をし、お仕事を頂いてきても、現場に出るタレントが結果を出せなければ、次の仕事が来るはずもありませんから。
弊社は、社会人としての礼儀やご挨拶が出来るよう教育を徹底し、仮に芸能界を引退し社会に出たとしても、
きちんと対応できるようなタレントアーティストに育って欲しいと願っております。
芸能を仕事とし、仕事に対して真摯に取り組み、仕事を通じてタレントたちを人間として成長させたい。

The reason that established Dax promotion
The Japanese talent, musician are the comfortable environment where everybody is endowed with in a chance from the times of the infoglut.
However, it becomes very difficult to find a youth full of the talent whether it is the influence.
The diamond uncut stones which are just unknown even if born with talent with much effort.
The many great achievements that the work such as a movie, a picture, the novel which transcendence art not to think of to be the human power that the top athlete and an artist paid out and those people left, a historical person accomplished.
It is possible for oneself to be because there are a company and a human being to take all up, and to pick it up; thought that was the first.
However, talent belonging to us, all the artists are not popular.
The person who makes an effort to be popular is sincere, and, only to the person who can wrestle, the chance comes.
It will be natural.
Because if a talent appearing in the spot cannot provide a result even if only the company makes an effort and has work, the next work cannot come.
We the courtesy as the member of society even if carried out education thoroughly to be able to say hello, and retired itself from the entertainment world, and appeared in the society,
I wish that I want the talent artist who can cope properly to bring up.
I assume an entertainment work and it is sincere and wants to bring up talents as a human being through an approach, work for work.
And it wants to be existence to give people a dream in what we send a figure active happily to above all.
